There is plenty of verve and mid-palate concentration to the intense and seductively textured flavors that offer both good size and weight

though it perhaps does not possess the amplitude of the previous vintage

Gaja (Pieve Santa Restituta), Brunello Montalcino other_regions Otherwise the suppleConcentrated, dark fruit with top notes of tobacco leaf. Seems already a little developed. Noticeable oak on the palate but with lovely freshness too. Modernist hand and can already be approached. (WS)
