It is in very good condition and I believe was indeed used

as noted on the back of the gray backing card to which it is mounted

with one area of surface wear/discoloration to the skin toward the bottom center

What an incredible density of tiny tiny pricked holes, making the hat and robe of this man feel quite like a cloud, and with what appear like angel wings (though perhaps a large pack) emerging from his back.
