The medium turbine plays the role of transferring the rotating power to the gears housed in the upper middle body and sends it to the cone gear which turns the cleaner either left or right

Ensure the ceramic shaft seal is installed cleanly and squarely in the seal plate

there are two wheel bearings on each side of the wheel that give it the ability to spin in either direction with ease allowing the cleaner to do its job

It’s not uncommon for this part to deteriorate or break after an extended length of time or use of the cleaner
