2023 Les Horees Les Toussaints, Beaune Premier Cru, France Paul Cherrier Vine Age: Planted between 1971Variety: Pinot Noir Terroir: Mid slope, southeast facing, shallow calcareous soil with limestone. Viticulture: Purchased fruit, organic (not certified). Vinification: 50% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel, aged for 18 months in 228 and 600 L barrels (some new), minimal added SO2. 1 btl limit.
