2024 Eloi Cedo, Mallorca Novetat Total, Balearic Islands, Spain (1L) Domaine Karydas The Zweigelt has a shortA blend of organically grown and hand harvested grapes on Mallorca this vintage is 90% Callet & 10% Manto Negro macerated for 5 15 days with skins and 30% whole bunch. Aged on the lees for 6 months in stainless tanks and then 6 months in bottle before release. Bottled in March '22 unfined, unfiltered, and only 7mg L of SO2. Annual production is around 1,700 bottles in (1L) format. Label art is by Pere Miquel Botsmann (@p. butza).
