This could be vistaite, as I've seen similar stuff come from that area, but I could be wrong. Vistaite is an old stock Oregon stone that was mined in the Ochoco Mountains of Oregon. It was a highly popular stone back when it was actively mined, and after he got his fill, the original mine owner left the mine to the county as a public mine for all to access. Sadly, the National Forest service decided this was
