dark swirls within the Brown background (I believe these to be actually within the printing
12cm patch of surface creasing across the raised hand and in the blue background between the hand and head
title has been written twice on the back in red felt pen plus there is a number in red and green felt pen (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit)
