2025 Yann Bertrand Beaujolais Primeur 'P'tit Bouchon' Beaujolais, France Tricot Macerations last between 10 andCertified Organic. 100% Gamay from Beaujeu on granite soils with clay, hand harvested by Yann and his team. Cold Carbonic maceration for 8 days with 6 weeks of elevage in old barrels, ending in mid November. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without additional SO2.
