2020 Domaine de Montcy Cour-Cheverny 'Licorne' Loire, France New York So while the label saysCreated in the 1990s from vines that belonged to the Chteau de Troussay, the Domaine de Montcy today has around thirty hectares spread over four main plots located in the communes of Cheverny, Cormeray, Chitenay and more recently Celettes. Included entirely in the AOC Cheverny and Cour Cheverny, the estate's grape varieties are balanced in red (Pinot noir, Gamay, Malbec) and white (Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Romorantin), with in particular a heritage of
