aged for 12 months in used barrels (up to 15% new)

It is sourced from several different parcels of vineyards located in Arbois and Montigny-les- Arsures

Grapes undergo wholecluster pressing followed by traditional fermentation and full malolactic conversion in barrel. The wine is aged 810 months in 100% new French oak before racking into stainless steel for 6 months Arrives the last week July, 2025.
