the Kühn Estate has been a cornerstone of German wine-making for roughly 230 years and has been passed down through 11 generations

The fermentation happens naturally and is followed by 12 months of aging on lees

The wine is not chaptalized or filtered and is zero dosage

however the Alibrands have been attracting quite a bit of attention for such newcomers

2022 Fabien Jouves Mas del Perie 'A Table' Rose Vin de France Sierra Aged in Austrian Oak BarrelsThis ros is made from Malbec, Merlot, and Tannat. Both direct pressing (destemmed and whole cluster grapes) and the saigne method is used. The wine undergoes a medium length skin maceration and is fermented spontaneously with native yeast. Wine ages on the lees for 6 months in concrete vats and barrels.
