2021 Jolie Laide Wines Gamay Sonoma County, California Eiko Fuji Situated in the historic Rheingau100% Gamay from a high elevation hillside vineyard on the northern side of Sonoma County. Grape clusters are left whole to begin carbonic maceration before being foot crushed to complete fermentation. Pressed to neutral barrique for a six month maturation before bottling.
