Pedro Coelho, the man behind Pormernor, makes a host of experimental against type red wines but this is his nostalgic ode to the classic wines of the region. Made with all indigenous varietals inside his garage sized winery, the fruit is fermented naturally in tank before seeing almost two years in old barrel.
