Antique Regency Mahogany Metamorphic 3 Tier Dumbwaiter Pedestal Side Table 1830 Recently Added in one of many portraitsA very good quality antique Regency mahogany metamorphic dumb waiter side table, attributed to Gillows of Lancaster, circa 1830. When closed this is a vesy useful side or serving table & when activated opens to reveal a three tier dumb waiter. The rectangular shaped top when lifted becomes the top tier as the interior pedestal extends upwards and the 3rd tier lowers automatically by a concealed mechanism.
