Very heavy creasing through the bottom fold segments (especially the two fold segments on the bottom right) some dark print has transferred onto the creasing

4 cm tear and a 5 cm tear on the bottom edge (one near each corner and both have what appears to be acid free tape on the back)

A couple of extremely tiny tears and moderate/heavy creasing along the top edge with a little edge wear
