Espolon Blanco Tequila, Mexico Domaine La Soufrandiere Marc Delienne learnt the viticultural. Crafted by Maestro Tequilero Cirilo Oropeza at the Casa San Nicols distillery in the Highlands of Jalisco, using 100% hand harvested Blue Weber agave grown in volcanic red soils , then ground with roller mills and fermented with native yeasts in open stainless tanks.
