2022 Le Puy de L'Ours Savigny Lès Beaune Les Follettes, Burgundy, France Danjou-Banessy SteiermarkVariety: Pinot Noir Size: 0. 78 ha (1. 93 ac) Vine Age: Planted from 1960 to 1979 Terroir: Petits Picotins (55%), Grand Picotins (5 10%), Aux Fourches (30 35%), Saucours (5%) Viticulture: Organic Vinification: 20% whole cluster (in 2021), light daily pump overs and just two foot punch downs at the end of fermentation, vertical press, aged in barrel (50% new, 50% recent) for about 12 months.
