2020 Vincent Couche Bourgogne Blanc 'Terre de Molesme' Burgundy, France Gunderloch one of our most prolificFrom biodynamically farmed Chardonnay vines in Molesme, just east of Chablis, on Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Vinified with native yeasts and aged for 24 months in a combination of amphorae and neutral oak barrels. The 2020 vintage offers a complex profile with oxidative notes and crisp orchard fruit. A distinctive expression of northern Burgundy terroir.
